What is the best way to paint bathroom tile?
We gave a lot of tile and it is gray with pink trim. The tub, sink and toilet are burgundy. !!!!! Yuk. We will hopefully be able to find a tub that will drop in, as it is a spa tub that is particularly sunken. Help

Hi there I would check out Rustoleum's tile and tub paint.
Hi Sharalen, it's a messy job, but you can do it! Remove the basin and sand all the tile. It needs to look dull and not feel smooth like it does now. Use a shop vac and remove all the dust. You can use a porcelain paint that does not need to be fired or even spray paint (I find the ones that have a texture come out very nice). Use a top coat of resin sanding between coats and you'll have a great room. Good luck!
I painted mine, it did not last, it looked good for about 6 months, I would not recommend it. Finally had to call out a professional to re tile the entire vanity around the sinks. Looking back at the situation I should have decorated around the existing color scheme until we could do a total remodel. Wishing you the best !
I have purchased a pvc water resistant contact from Wish.com and used it in the kitchen on cupboards and tiles. It is also suitable for benchtops and I have ordered some for the kitchen bench. It is thicker than the normal cheap contact and heaps easier to use and the beauty is when you no longer like it you can remove it and replace with something else. Might be the option for you. I am thinking about doing the shower recess with it as well.
I actually had a professional company " reface" the tile on the vanity, they did not prep correctly, hence a year later peeling , same with my bathtub, they would not correct .
Painting tile is a very temporary fix, even when it is prof. Done. Just change out the burgandy to white and decorate around the pink and grey until you can afford your remodel. Grey is very in right now.
Hi Sharalen, you can use appliance epoxy spray paint like this blogger did https://accidentalsuburbanites.com/2017/05/11/spray-painting-our-tile-shower-lessons-learned-the-hard-way/ Have fun
