Jo Ann's fabrics has outdoor material. Just stitch them up to any size. If you can't sew, they make a bond tape that you iron and it creates a seam. There again, they carry it at Joanns
I've made outdoor cushions from dollar store rugs, yarn for stitching and plastic shopping bags. They are actually really comfy! You need a LOT of bags though.
