What is the best way to clean buildup from linoleum floors?

I have hairspray buildup on my bathroom linoleum floor. I have tried many things, but nothing seems to clean them completely.

Keep washing it with Mr Clean or amonia and water...layer by layer it eventually will come off. How thick is the buildup?
Vinegar and water works for me. 1/4 cup white vinegar to about a gallon of hot water.
Windex type cleaner or WD-40. Krud Kutter works super good on a lot, but you may want to test it out first, it will depend on the age/type of linoleum.
