How do I cover a stained tub/vanity?
The people that lived in our house before us were renters. The tub and vanity top are stained from months of dark hair dye. We plan to completely renovate the bathroom in a couple of years when we can afford it, but are looking for something that would cover the stains for now. It needs to not be too slippery/chipping off since my kids will be using it.

First try cleaning the stains with Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass. If that doesn't work use Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits.
