Hi Kathy, seems like if you painted the two wood pieces to match the laminate pieces that would be the quickest way to get some coordination. You could also add and/or paint all of the hardware to match.
Hi Kathy! Are you wanting to paint all of the cabinets? A nice neutral medium gray would go with almost any accent color. Stay with a medium shade....not too light or too dark. De-grease your cabinets first with a commercial degreaser or 409 etc. You'll need to prime the two wood cabinets with white, since your others are white. Let them cure for a couple of days. (talk to your paint supplier about the type of laminate and what kind of water proof paint would be best) It would be easier to take them off to paint them. You could take a door to the store. In order to make them all match in texture, and if you are energetic enough, prime all of them. Once they are really good and dry, test your new color on the back of one door. Leave it out for a day and look at it in all different lighting. If you're happy, then take off and send us a picture! Best of luck!
thank you so much, I think I really can get these cabinets perked up, and I have seen gray used in alot of places....both you and GrandsmasHouseDIY have given me a starting point, and for now, perhaps wood to gray, and later laminate tackled!
on the right track now!
