How do i do a front brick project done?

my son had a friend start a project on my bricks in the front of my house but never finished and now it looks bad, i just need help getting brick work done.

More like a half wall.
Cca, Call a mason, he might want to start from scratch, make sure you get a contract in writing, which states the kind of brick will be used, etc. Check with HomeAdvisor or Angie's list, for reputable companies.
A photo would help. What was done and what needs to be done.
