How best to restore aged decks?
Have power washed off all the crud, repaired loosening boards, reinforced with new screws...now what to paint or stain with to give a couple more years of life to two large decks that also have wheelchair ramps?

Pam, Find a good quality of paint for wood that's outdoors, then I would stain it or seal it. You can probably roll it on. Find a handle from a broom or mop that screws into the roller handle. Do the ramps last.
