Do you mean an outdoor trash can? If so how about standing two or three pallets end to end if front of thrash can. You could paint the pallets then add plants inside the pallet openings.
Hi Peg. I'm Cindy. You could purchase 2 pre-made fence panels. Use the side of your house/garage as a wall to attach the fence panels to. You should dig a hole and sink a post with quickcrete. Place it the same distance from the house wall as the length of a panel. That will give you something to anchor the fence panels to. Good luck with this project.
