This can be super fun. You can add lace or any type of edging fabric. Using no sew heat bonding tape you won't even need to take your drapes down to add onto the bottom. Tassels are really nice to add as well. They take a bit more time as they have to be sewn on.
Is there a way to extend them at the top?
Is there a way to extend them at the top?
No they are grommet top
Can you hang them lower? If not, you can create a border across the bottom with a similar fabric. Don’t try to match the color, use a contrast. It will look deliberate. Easy job for someone with basic sewing skills
Depending on the look you want you could add some trim to the bottom. Fabric stores have beautiful fringe, pom poms etc. You could also go the fabric route that Aho talks about and sew bias tape or ribbon on the seam between the two fabrics. Just depends on what look you want. Good luck.
