Hello, Have you tried a rubber washer under the screws? That should keep it from slipping.

The reason for the moving is that the holes for the bolts are purposely oversized so that the bolts won't crack the porcelain.
You can keep the bolts secure by packing the holes with special adhesive washers.
This certainly does help.

I would use a rubber washer to make the bolts tighter. That should do the trick.
washers most definitely will help, it gives the screw something to grip on take one of your screws so you can get the right size and I would stick with plastic washers, hope this helps xx
