When putting in weatherstripping in an outside door, what kind?
I have a metal outside door that needs weatherstripping all around as my house has settled. I live in the panhandle so it’s really hot but sometimes cold in winter. What kind of weatherstripping do I get? It has to go on the side & underneath.

They make a magnetic weather strip with both wood / or aluminum trim to nail in place. They make a "door sweep" that goes on the inside of the door. Get the kind made with brush material, instead of rubber I would look for one that is 1" or 1-1/2" brush. This will last forever.
Check your local Ace Hardware, or HD or Lowes. They all will direct you to the proper and most efficient weatherstripping product for your needs. Make sure you bring your door size with you. Best of luck.
