How would you turn a old power wheel into a cart?
I'd like to take a old power wheel. Turn it into a cart tools and other equipment and supplies around the outside of the house.

What is a power wheel?
What is a power wheel?
This is an interesting project. Is it big enough to hold a couple of children? I'm wondering if you can take the body off and build a basket or box to hold the equipment you want or cut slots big enough to run a couple 2x4's through the body and add a flat deck. Good luck. Would love to see pictures of what you come up with.
yes, its a kid toy, but I think it can carry loads of things.
Try to find an handle and frame from an old reel mower or child's wagon. You might be able to adapt it to the front axle to steer.
Thank you
Hello,
Make a sort of Wheelbarrow . Thread the wheel onto a piece of timber and add washers either side.. Screw in place two side timbers . Then screw in place two legs to rest on the ground , allowing enough timber left to use as handles to pull it along with. Fix timbers across the main timbers to form a platform and then add front and sides to hold the things on. Hope that helps
