I am tired of replacing my fence. It's been replaced 3 times in 19 years. What can you recommend? Thanks

Are you painting or putting any kind of protective coating on it? You can't paint pressure treated wood until it has cured properly (3-6 months). Water seal twice a year or paint with an enamel paint once it's been cured and primed.

They make some poly (plastic ) fences in many styles that are actually quite attractive . Some look almost like wood until you get close . At first I didn't like them , but higher quality , new varieties are very functional and little to no maintenance . Chintzy ones aren't as nice , so go with quality . Some have good warranty .

If it is to keep pets in and your neighbor's pet out I would use the poly If it was just to look the part try pipes. You can do the whole thing in water pipe, or larger. I made hand rails with 2" water pipe--EASY and neat and inexpensive.
