Hi Betty,
We've had good luck with Whink Rust Stain Remover. It only works on white toilet bowls. Easy to use and effective.
Have you tried vinegar?
I've used CLR
Hi! I swear by using a toilet pumice. You can purchase them pretty much anywhere. I got mine at Amazon. It comes with a little handle and the pumice will literally scrape off the rust spots without scratching. (As long as you have a porcelain tub). It's one of my favorite cleaning products that you can see here -----> https://decorhint.com/spring-cleaning-essentials-amazing-cleaning-tools/
Sorry porcelain toilet I meant. Not tub!
Pour a can or 2 of Coke (red can only) directly into the bowl. Let it soak a few hours. Flush.
