Hi I am not sure what you are looking for, do you mean a sink with a side for clean dishes so that it will be slanted so it will drain back into the sink

To Kathy’s point, that sink is not for beginners.
There’s many one-piece sloped drainboard stainless steel sinks in commercial use. I would go to a used kitchen equipment store and see what they have.
