Christen Hello,. Take out everything and lay it on the counters. Look at what you have ,and what you really need. You can buy multiple rows of baskets, that sit on top of one another with wheels. Do the same thing with your counter top appliances. Toaster oven, coffee maker, knives in butcher block. Put away what you don't use everyday. You don't say how many cabinets you have. You need a junk draw, so buy a small basket to keep on the counter. The other draws use for utensils, dish towels, dishes, glasses. Make two for food, Use inside the bottom cabinets for foil, wax paper, etc. Aloha!

There are many things you can do to help you with your problem: Go to the Dollar Tree and get expandable curtain rods which you can secure on your cabinet and hang utensils, even your coffee mugs. Plastic bins that you can stack to hold any items you wish to store.....mark each one with what is in the bin. You could also buy a plastic cupboard at the local hardware or big box store and use it in your kitchen, or even find one at a yard sale. You can always paint the cabinet if you don't want the color. Best to you and I hope these things help you out. It is hard when you don't have enough space. I have limited kitchen space too so I know how important it is to put these things into practice....Flea markets hold treasures. I found a shelving unit with doors for $20 and it holds all my flour, sugar, spices, etc.

Lowes, Home Depot -- look in all departments or ask for storage cabinets.
Best wishes to you!!
You can add open shelving fairly inexpensively. Here's one project I found but if you type in open shelving in the "find your next project" box, you will have tons to choose from. I like the galvanized pipe look.
