You waxed a new floor? Is it real wood?
Check with the manufacturer - they have probably had this happen before.
Did you use the right formulation? Bona makes a cleaner for laminate floors, hardwood floors, and hardwood deep cleaner.
I agree check with the floor manufacturer. Or call Bona. Remember once you start putting wax or other finishes on you have to keep it up. They will not protect the floor more than the original finish, you just are making more work for yourself. They just sit on top because they cant soak in. Just damp mop with vinegar and water and enjoy your floor.
Try using 1/2 cup of lemon scented ammonia, a few squirts or Dawn dish liquid in one gallon of hot water. Mop the floor semi wet mop. Rinse and dry well. Ammonia removes built up wax.
