Do I need to worry about mushrooms?
With all the rain there are mushrooms growing in my potted plants is this a problem?

I get them and generally find they go away once the rain clears up. Earlier this summer we got rain nearly every day for a few weeks straight, they mushrooms would sprout and then when the sun came out, they'd shrivel up. My plants weren't harmed at all and are still going strong (though with all this rain on the east coast I'm sure they might start growing again!)
No, just pull them up and throw them away. Don't eat them. They do signify that the soil is very rich in nutrients or they would not be growing.
Just pluck them out. They shouldn't come back once the soil dries out.
