This is a rather easy fix.
I've never dealt with this, but I found this link with a similar question. Hope it helps and hope you are safe!

Oops... hit the ‘answer’ button by mistake.
This is is an easy repair. Below is a link for tools that remove broken screws (if they are still in the wood). Once the screws are out fill in the holes with a wood putty that is made for exterior use. Regular wood putty will not hold up. Leave it to set up for a day, then drill small ‘pilot holes’. These are just holes that are well smaller than the screws you’ Be using. They serve two purposes: 1-guide the new screws into position, and 2-keep from stripping out the new screws. Make sure to use stainless steel screws so you’ll have this problem again.
NOTE: the link below shows you the tool but I would recommend that you shop around. This listing is from a site called ‘Rockler’ which is a company that sells almost exclusively to woodworkers. The problem is they think we all have lots of money. I feel certain you can find a better price, perhaps at your local home improvement center.

Rtu Hello,. Check with a place that sells windows, if they can't help you, they will direct you to some one that can. Check with Home Depot or Lowe's, for the screws and sockets. Also try a local hardware. Aloha!
