Your problem may be your pressure tank. If the pressure isn't set up high enough the water flow decreases.
Use CLR cleaning solutions. It's made for calcium, lime and rust.
There may be a calcium build up in your hot water heater and / or your pipes. How old is it? You could have a plumber come in and and scope it to see exactly what is the problem. You may have tree roots in your pipes. Call around and get prices or check online. Iām sorry to say, unless youāre renting, this is a project that may take a professional to handle. Your local big box stores rent this machine but you have to know how to use it. The department manager may have a suggestion solution for you also!
If hard water is the culprit you may need a water softening system https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVwqGKU6MYQ
But try this simple option first ...

Most modern faucets have a built in flow restrictor, and most are behind the screen. If you do a Google search for water faucet flow restrictors you will find Youtube videos showing how to remove and clean or remove them, as well as lists that apply to specific manufacturers . It might be that you have flow restrictors that are built into your faucets. Hope this helps.
Sounds like you might have hard water. if so its time for a water softener. it happened to me five years ago.
Filter or water softener
Thank you all for the feed back. It was a BIG piece of calcium trying to go through a skinny tube. Water running fine now.
