Is it possible to go under the shed and add insulation between the joists?
You can put down foam insulation boards then install laminate flooring over it. Another solution would be to put down layers of roofing paper (tar paper) then laminate flooring over it.
What kind of floors?
3/4" plywood floors
Building up the floors with insulation is probably best if you can't get under the floor.
