Non chalky paint, Benjamin Moore Advance! Longer cure time but is incredibly hard and scratch resistant!
If you are redoing kitchen cabinets, do not use chalk paint. It is a lot of work to paint kitchen cabinets and chalk paint does not last.
BM advance is good so is Sherwin Williams superpaint or their acrylic.
Kilz oil primer and Benjamin Moore Advance Alkyld
Try a porch and deck paint.
Exterior paint. Ventilate the area well when doing it.
