How can I make couch cushions stay up and in place?
My couch has 2 long cushions - one you sit on n one for back. The back crumples n falls down.

Could you add some Velcro to the back cushion? You can buy it in strips and often it’s peel and stick. :)
There are clips on elastic that are used to hold bed sheets in place at the corners, one end on the back of the couch, one end on the cushion, or Velcro strips on back of cushions, and meet up with a set on the back of the couch.

You might consider putting a strip of Velcro on the back of the cushion and one on the couch to hold it. Consider gluing a strip to the frame and one to the cushion.
