How to clear air out of water pipes?
I've "bled" the pipes in kitchen, bathroom as well as outdoor faucets attached to house for days now. All are still spurting, sputtering and making ghastly noises that actually scare me!

open them all at once then close them starting with the faucets closest to the water heater and working your way to the one that is fartherest from the water heater. This will force the trapped up to the highest point in the plumbing, then out.
I agree with Em on this one.
Are you sure all pipe joints & connections are sealed & secure? Sounds as if there could be a joint or connection that is sucking air into your water system. I have seen this happen.
