What is the best way to seal moisture out of concrete?
I am redoing the basin walls of our foundation which are in dire need or new mortar. It is 21 inches thick and made with field stone. I was looking at all these different products that are supposed to seal out moisture from the inside and outside. What is everyone's take on this? Some people think its a waste of time, I just want to do it correctly.
