Pink Bathroom in Rented Apartment. What to Do?
This is my pink bathroom. The apartment is a rental, so I can't retile. What can I do to hide it or change its color?
Corrugated metal is not manufactured to tolerate wet conditions like bath tubs.
If one installs it there, it will rust at the mounting points and the corners, tops, bottoms & seams.
The rust will drip down and stain the bathtub, eventually permanently.
If you want to be seriously cheap, then lmk and I can specify a plastic panel that’s $20 per sheet.

All the above are correct, although it maybe your desired effect, it will not be the best choice for your project, you are indeed lucky.
Rust in a bathroom is not a good thing to have.
