Beadboard will give you a complete cover. 4 x 8 panels you can put on the tile with adhesive. Goes up fast, looks clean and neat and you can leave it white or paint. Less than $20 a sheet at Lowe's.
Cover them with linoleum or 12 by 12 stick on vinal tiles
Paint them.
Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits.
