Sunroom subfloor appears to be sinking, what to do?
Our sunroom is built on a subfloor, one area of the floor appears to be sinking, how can we determine if it’s the joist or wood subfloor rotting underneath tile? Is this something we can do ourselves?

Can you get underneath? If not you may need to cut out part of the floor that's sinking to see what is happening under it.
