A contractor/builder would be able to tell you. That isn't something you want to take a chance on.

Depending on the design of your house, and how the basement might have been finished, sometimes you can easily tell by going downstairs and seeing where the wall does or does not end up. If the wall does not go straight down, anchored into the foundation of the house, then it most likely is not a load bearing wall.
