Works on my black stove hope it helps
Hi Pau,
That grayish color may be where the ceramic coating has begun to wear off. Is the stove top older? There are some appliance touch-up paints that might help, but not all of them can be used around heat and I don't know if you can actually blend in the color because I haven't personally used it. You might check with a store that specializes in paint types to see what you can find.
Try microfiber if you think it's a film. I've heard good things about Norwex. I use the Campanelli line.
My first glass top was eight years old when we gave it to a needy family and redecorated with SS. The glass top was as beautiful as the day I got it. Now....the second glass top range I have now developed "spots" around the burners. Not on top of the glass, but seemingly under it. We had it looked at and they are calling it "heat stains" and will not replace it because "stoves nowadays just do that!" That's my last big purchase I'll ever make from Sears!.
Thank you! The stains are on the glass!
