Thoroughly clean and dry the floor then you can simply paint the grout lines with acrylic paint and a narrow crafter's brush. An inexpensive fix. Both can be purchased at any craft store like Michael's, A C Moore, etc...
You can buy sealer that darken or lighten the color have now.
