Covering the outside of plastic container ?
I have a plastic crackers container with writing on the outside and a empty metal coffee container, unfortunately in both of them I have a plant in it, how do I cover up the outside and make it look pretty?

Patricia,. Try some contact paper. Aloha!
They have a lot of options in the home stores in the contact paper. Many more designs than there once was.
Mod podge, paint, contact paper.
Patricia: contact paper is very inexpensive at Walmart.

Contact paper is like sticky vinyl wallpaper. They have all sorts of patterns, they are even getting into the marble and granite looks, even metallics. It is easy to work with and you can take it off if you decide you want another pattern on it down the road. It is cheap at Walmart. I cover lidded cardboard boxes to store my various boots in during the winter so that I have them near my door.
What about duct tape? It works on everything. I bought some that looks like wicker..... Dollar Store !!!
Patricia, I found a forum that showed how to make a "DIY TWINE PLANT POT" With a little jute, twine or rope and glue (I might use a hot glue gun), your plastic crackers container & metal coffee container could be beautiful !!!

Maybe consider spray paint!
