If you don't want to move heavy stones or block, then call a landscaper to do it. I would assume that you want a seating area around the fire pit, so your yard will need a retaining wall to make it flat. Uphill dirt can be used to fill down hill low spot.

I couldn't see the photo, it is too small for me to view. However, you definitely want to consider drainage in the seating area. Perhaps you will need to divert water away from there so that it doesn't puddle up.
You should take progress pictures and post the project once completed.
Yes, you'll need to find a skilled hardscape professional who can divert any water run off far from the fire pit area. You'll need a good area dug out and leveled (it's a skill!), 2B gravel for drainage, tamp the area.
Seating style will have to be discussed.
Sand in the pit prior to laying the block, etc.
A retaining wall of concrete paver blocks will require great drainage and a sufficient quantity of gravel.
Treated lumber is an alternative, but will also require drainage and leveling.
