Best way to clean large silver platter and punch bowl.
i have silver plated pieces for many years and they are very tarnished.
Bleach and a toilet brush.
They have very interesting looking brushes I have found on the Internet for getting underneath the rim which I always find difficult. We bought them and they work great! https://www.amazon.com/Mziart-Plastic-Curved-Toilet-Cleaning/dp/B01A0OYCQS/ref=asc_df_B01A0OYCQS/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198091997188&hvpos=1o3&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8783566928912584927&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9007919&hvtargid=pla-349722249805&psc=1
I would use that with some comet to get into the hard to reach areas under the rim. For the area inside the toilet that is so hard to reach....I would suggest the J style old fashioned toilet brush is the best one. They are hard to find now for whatever reason. Couldn't find it on amazon but I know they carry them somewhere. Then Spray the entire toilet down with a good cleaner on the seats and everywhere. Good luck!
There are many spray cleaners for the toilet and bathroom in general. Use a soft brush so as not to be too abrasive for the surface. I like the Lysol spray which disinfects as well as cleans.
A good toilet brush and a product with bleach
Cut the water off by turning off the valve under the tiolet. Flush, now there's no water in the bowl, clean and turn on the water and flush.
