Yes! You can buy outdoor heaters - like you see on restaurant patios etc. Make sure it’s rated for outdoors - or you could have big problems! Another idea is a gas fireplace or pit - usually they run on propane. They give a great ambiance and some heat. :)
There are Gel Fuel Firepits, Fireplaces and other Decors. They cost about $90 on Amazon.com for the units that heat 300 square feet, the fuel costs about $3 a litre bottle if you buy 12 litres.
