How can I use Pvc pipe for Privacy in my backyard ?
I have six 10' long 2'' wide pvc pipes in my backyard and would like to use them to create a privacy fence to block out neighbors.

You have several choices. One might be to add lattice between the pvc pipes and attach them solid or hanging freely in 3 main strips. Or you could add drapery. If you use solid lattice you might consider planting climbing vines like honeysuckle or climbing clematis. Any decorative fencing (even plastic) could be used for climbing vines or ivy etc. With the pvc pipe you have many choices of what to hang for privacy from them. Consider using S hooks or circle hook hangers from them to get the "draped" look you like for privacy.
