How far can I cut my horseradish leaves back
Can I cut the leaves all down to about 2 inches above the ground, before the winter freeze? How deep do the roots grow down usually?

This depends on the type of radish you have planted. There are round and the tap root kind. If you know of the variety, you can look it up on-line, some grow as long as 12" or more if you let them.
