Hello there. My name is Cindy. As long as your lawn mower battery is a 12 volt, yes, you can jump start it. Put the cables on the car battery, but don't start the car. As soon as you can start the lawn mower, take the cables off the car. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
May be 6 volt, not 12 volt, like the truck. Check the lawnmower first.
Buy a trickle charger that has a switch for both 6 & 12 volt systems.
