How do I remove water stains from windows?
I have windows that are stained on the outside of three windows. It looks like rain stain. I can't hardly look out my windows. I can I remove these stains off the window. I've tried everything. Do I need to replace these windows.

Try straight ammonia on the windows or magic erase
Are you sure they are water stains? If it is cloudy and the windows are double paned, the seal may be broken and the problem is between the panes. If so, I think you will have to replace.
As for cleaning glass, I have found that straight white vinegar and follow up with SuperCloth microfiber works best.
Try vinegar.put some in a spray bottle.
Did you try vinegar? It is real good removing hard water stains from Windows. If it is a really good build up, it may take a few tries. I would do it when the sun isn't on the windows so that it has a chance to work and not dry real quick. If you can feel it on the window, try using one of the scrapers with the safety razor blades in it to scrape some off.
Have you tried CLR with a plastic scrubby?
