How do I remove a stuck PVC hose?
I'm trying to winterize my hot tub and I'm down to the last step and can't get the hoses off to drain and blow out any remaining water. I loosened the clamps and moved them away. And the manual says to twist back and forth while pulling...but that's not working for me! Maybe I'm not strong enough! I hope I don't have to hire someone to do this last step. Grrr

Try your blow dryer on the coiled tubing. That stuff is really hard and the heat would soften it enough for you to wiggle it and get the attachment off.
Try heating the PVC with a blow dryer or even a hot towel to get it to expand, then pull hard!
Hi Valerie! I am far from being a plumber....but you might try using a blow dryer on those connections. Not too hot! The warmth might soften the plastic enough so you can twist it out. Good luck.
Try using a propane lighter or torch enough to make it flexible.hope this helps you .
I vote for the hairdryer technique
