After you clean grout apply clear silicone waterproofing I bought it on eBay its liquid and comes in a bottle that looks like a shoe polish bottle with a sponge at the top dab sponge and run along grout when grout gets dark its on let dry 24 hours great stuff sorry I don't know the exact name.
Mix peroxide and baking soda together to make a paste like toothpaste. Use a toothbrush and scrub into the grout. Clean it off with water and it will come white again. If it is a bad stain you may want to leave the paste on for about 5 or 10 minutes.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

To Seal- Use grout sealer (Amazon sells “TuffDuck grout sealer and it has an applicator)
