Thomas: you can re-pickle things (once) like cooked cauliflower, green beans, etc
It's great to keep on hand in case you have muscle cramps or spasms. I buy it in a gallon jug for my husband for just that purpose.
If you are into making your own salad dressings, substitute this for the regular vinegar. It adds a really nice flavor to it.
Add a small amount to potato or macaroni salads.
