Do I need to add sand to the paint so it wouldn't be slippery? I've seen some Epoxy paint but I don't like that look. I'm not sure where I can get a good paint that would work for my project. Because I haven't been shopping for it yet.
What waterproof paint can I use for my basement floor?
My basement has flooded 10 times in 13 years. So would it be more durable to use a garage floor paint in the basement on a concrete floor? As opposed to a basement concrete paint? It is already been stripped and cleaned.

Oh my goodness! That's dreadful! Can you regrade the yard or add French drains so that this does not happen in the future?
Hi. Concrete stain would be better for you. Good luck.
What a horrible situation. I think you have a good idea, just be careful because most people complain that once they paint the garage the floor becomes super slippery. I agree with Naomie in that you should look into a french drain or something to prevent or lessen the issue.
Thank you for your suggestion. I will be trying to find a concrete stain, thank you!
Primer, then Epoxy paint, then masonry sealer or it won't stay
