Remove grout around the tile.
Put painters' tape around adjacent tiles to protect them.
Drill holes into the broken tile using 1/4 inch ceramic bit.
Starting in the center using a chisel tap pieces out.
Set the new tile.
Fill the joints with grout.
Let it dry for 24 hours.
