    Mix a solution of three parts liquid chlorine bleach to one part water per 1 gallon in a bucket. Apply with a mop and let it sit for a few minutes then use a pressure washer and rinse.

    Mold comes off of siding with Windex. Less harsh than bleach. Use a rag or a soft bristle brush. Can't reach it? Duct tape brush to a broom handle.

    Not sure what they are made of but white vinegar in hot/warm water & stiff scrub brush then baking soda to neutralize the vinegar should be safe for most surfaces. careful what chemicals you use it'll kill any plant life under the eaves,and make your pets sick or burn them if they get in it. Use tarp if needed the soak the plants or grass with hose to dilute it if it gets on anything you want to keep.

    I have used Scotts Outdoor concentrate cleaner it lifts dirt, wipes out stains from Mold,Mildew & Algae and is safe for plants & grass works good on Cement & Stone, Wood, Siding Fabric,Patio furniture & more and it has Oxi foaming cleaner in it. i have been happy with this product.

    Hi Sandy,


    Add 1 part bleach and 3 parts warm water to your bucket. This will be your cleaner for any basic cleaning. When attacking gutter stains, try a paint thinner or general purpose solvent. You can have another bucket of clean water as well to rinse as you go.
