How do I remove mildew & mold around the tub?

The caulk where the surround and tub meet has, hard to remove, mildew/mold.

Bathfitters replaced a tub in one of our rentals a few years ago. There are some black mold spots on the caulking where the top of tub and back wall meet.

You should remove the caulk, clean and dry the area, and recaulk it. You can get a tool for removing caulk at your local home improvement store, Mark.
Try a toothbrush with cleanser that has bleach in it. If this does not work - try spray bleach.
I agree that it would be best to remove the caulk. I’d then clean the area with a bleach cleaner and recaulk it.
