How can I make a small full bath look more inviting?
One wall of br is the tub/shower. 1 1/2' across from toilet with sink next to it and full wall mirror above that. Small night stand between sink and wall.

Pink Bathroom in Rented Apartment. What to Do?
This is my pink bathroom. The apartment is a rental, so I can't retile. What can I do to hide it or change its color?
There are lots of ways to spruce up a small bath... I would recommend starting with a coat of light paint on the walls to make it feel fresh and open. Then add a plant or two, and a colorful set of towels. Good luck!
Hi. One of the first things to do to any room to make it inviting is to improve the lighting. There's nothing worse than going into a dark bathroom. The rest depends on your style. Do you want it elegant, cheery, etc? Once you decide on that, the colors and decor will fall into place. Happy redecorating!
I agree with both updating lighting and new paint! You'll be amazed how much those small changes can transform a space. Artwork that you love, some green plants, all of that can change the ambiance of a room. If you have a space you can add some open shelving that you can use for towels, a candle, jars for q-tip, cotton balls, or small travel sized soaps might also be nice.
I would start with a shower curtain that is warm and inviting. Paint the walls to match the shower curtain. Frame the wall mirror. Add decor and matching linens.
If the area is very small, but walls and ceiling are in good shape, paint with 2 coats of semi gloss bath paint, which better withstands humidity and reflects more light. If your shower space has a recessed light, think about installing a low watt LED bulb.
Chrome fixtures will also reflect more light, vs. brushed stainless or bronze. Hanging a framed picture with glass will enhance the space and reflect light.
If you want further upgrades, consider a light color porcelain or ceramic tile floor with high wear rating and skid resistance.
