Heat it will a hair dryer to melt the wax and then blot it with a paper towel.
I would try placing a terry towel cloth over the boot stain and warm the cloth and wax with an iron or heat gun. The wax should grab onto the towel. You might need to remove excess with a scraper of some type.
Set your iron to the hottest setting (no steam), and lay a stack of paper towels directly on the wax. Press the iron onto the paper towels until the wax is absorbed. Then use an emery board to lightly fluff up the nap of the suede.
