Google is where i would start. Look for RV renovators or RV repair places like Camping World. Or let your fingers do the walking through the yellow pages. This is a specialized field, not everyone is qualified or understands RV construction. Choose wisely. I would also visit the library or local newsstand and pick up a few RV renovation magazines too.
Call a local RV dealer and see they would recommend or who they use.
You may be able to find out information from a local RV dealer as to how to do the changes you want or someone who is qualified to do the changes for you. They may do it themselves at the dealership or have someone who does it for them. You also will need to make sure that you have the right hookup for the electricity to run the RV appliances, air conditioning, heat, etc. and the right amount of electricity to run it. What are you going to do for your grey and black water!
I own an RV. Phoenix Cruiser 2900. I find really good info on YouTube. Other iu owners post their projects for doing it yourself, so you might find ideas there. I know your looking for someone to do it for you. You can check your local fb sites also. I like going things myself but some can be a challenge I know. Window replacement is for professional for sure. No leaks, I just cleaned my tracks and drain holes, learning on YouTube is also fun. I sure solved my problem with black tank. I didnt like the smelly orange stuff sold in stores so now I mix my own concoction simple and easy.
