Hi Cindy,
I'm Linda and I use hydrogen peroxide all the time for my carpets. The mix I use is 10 parts water to 1 part hydrogen peroxide, (more or less ;) ) then add a few drops of Dawn. I put it on then let it sit for a while before scrubbing with a brush. Just test it before you use it because hydrogen peroxide can bleach the color out of some carpets. Wishing you the best.
We found Folex to be the best carpet spot remover, I have never used peroxide and dawn. Folex does GREAT!
